Karla is an recent graduate from the University of Colorado Boulder with B.A.s in Sociology and Environmental Studies. She supports various CEEE programs including research and evaluation and RECCS. Her interests focus on the intersection of climate and society and learning how environmental issues impact diverse communities. She is passionate about the environmental justice movement and aims to look at climate change from a social justice perspective.
